For those of you who are not a big fan of New Year’s resolutions, I wanted to share some simple things you can do in fifteen minutes or less to start your year off on the right foot. Here goes in no particular order:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Get something out of your house
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Put flowers by your bed
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Call an old friend just to chat
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Clean out a drawer
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Make something delicious
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Clear off a surface
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Pay your bills
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Move your body
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Be quiet and breathe
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Write in a blank journal
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Check on someone who might be struggling
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Tell someone you love them
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Donate time or money to a charitable organization
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I promise you can completely change how you feel just by taking a little bit of action each day. Check out my fifteen minute win challenge on Instagram, and share your own little victories with me so I can cheer you on.

I needed this today. Thank you!
I’m so glad! Xx
It’s reassuring to see that I do many of the things on this list! But one thing I never thought of was putting flowers by my bed. Why is it that the master bedroom gets the least TLC?
True! And flowers by the bed will make you feel so good when you wake up. Xx
