Cue the confetti. Today’s the day! I am so thrilled to finally be able to show you the cover of my book, MINIMALISTA: Your Step-by-Step Guide to a Better Home, Wardrobe, and Life. I’m nervous and excited and grateful, and this 3D rendering suddenly makes it all feel so real. GAAA!! minimalista book I wrote this book to share everything I’ve learned about how to set up a streamlined and stylish home that helps you feel calm, in control, and reflects who you are and what you care about most.

My work has always been rooted in my desire to help people identify what’s truly important and strip away the rest. I can’t wait to help you set up a home that looks good and feels even better.

Thanks to Ten Speed Press (an imprint of Penguin Random House), MINIMALISTA will officially be out this fall. In the meantime, I have some fun news. When you pre-order the book you’ll get instant access to a bundle of workbooks and checklists that will help you transform every single room in your home so you can get started right away. Just order from your favorite bookseller and enter your order number on the bonus section of this page to claim your bonuses.

I’ll also be inviting you to a virtual book launch party, so stay tuned for that and get ready to shake up your favorite cocktail or mocktail when we get closer to the launch date. Minimalista book

A massive thank you to my photographer and friend Vivian Johnson, dream editor Dervla Kelly, art director extraordinaire Betsy Stromberg, and the whole team at Ten Speed Press for turning my vision into a book.

Thank you for cheering me on through this entire process. I’m so grateful and excited. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m off to have a living room dance party (and then a confetti clean up party – I am who I am).

P.S. Writing and photographing a book during a worldwide pandemic is no easy feat, and I only pulled this off because of the generosity of the designers, stylists, homeowners, and photographers who contributed their many talents to this project.

I’ll be sharing behind-the-scenes peeks, outtakes, and more coming up, but in the meantime a huge thank you to Harlowe James, The Identité Collective, The Vintage Rug Shop, Banner Day Interiors, Carly Waters Style, Hedy Lawrence, Fiona Montgomery, Zoe Ching, and Madeline Harper Photography. So grateful to all of you.
