Happy New Year, Friends!
Every year I like to set aside a little time to start my new year right by doing the following:
1. Reflect on the past year and write down my concrete goals for the new year.
2. Make sure my calendar supports my goals by scheduling social plans, vacations + self care, including exercise.
3. Review my papers and files and set aside a pile to shred and a pile to recycle.
4. Clear clutter from our home and drop donations at my favorite local charities.
